Λήψη Τροφοβλάστης

Είναι μια εξέταση που γίνεται στις 11-15 εβδομάδες.

H Λήψη τροφοβλάστης περιλαμβάνει  την εξέταση των χοριακών λαχνών (ιστού του πλακούντα). Το μωρό και ο πλακούντας προέρχονται από την ίδια σειρά κυττάρων και έτσι τα χρωμοσώματα που ανευρίσκονται στα κύτταρα του πλακούντα είναι τα ίδια με εκείνα του μωρού.

Πώς γίνεται η Λήψη τροφοβλάστης ;

Δίδεται τοπικό αναισθητικό. Μια λεπτή βελόνη στη συνέχεια διέρχεται μέσω της κοιλιάς της μητέρας και λαμβάνεται ένα δείγμα λαχνών. Η βελόνα παρατηρείται προσεκτικά υπερηχογραφικά. Η διαδικασία διαρκεί 1-2 λεπτά και στη συνέχεια ελέγχουμε ότι ο εμβρυϊκός καρδιακός παλμός είναι φυσιολογικός.

Τι πρέπει να περιμένω μετά τη Λήψη τροφοβλάστης;

Τις πρώτες 2-3 ημέρες ενδέχεται να αντιμετωπίσετε κάποια κοιλιακή δυσφορία, όπως ο πόνος της περιόδου ή μια μικρή κολπική αιμορραγία.
